Such is life atm... :)

I am getting old. :( After a whole afternoon of karaoke and beer, here I am now at home 9.30 p.m. and all I feel like doing is just... to read a book and fall asleep. Even drinks with teng jun at sultan lounge, mandarin oriental seems tiring now.... Oh no, I really am getting old!!

Anyway, life in M'sia currently is good! I feel that this time is different in the sense that- despite saying no to many outings, I don't feel bad because it's spending time with people who matters that.. matters. :)

I just got back from Aubrey's PRE-21st at redbox, the curve. This bunch treats karaoke like a bar with a free singing package.. the party starts when everyone's high after downing beers! Crazy one.. I must admit it was my first time drinking so much beer while singing, and I first experienced it last week with the same bunch as well. :)

Last night, I hung out with two different groups of friends who make me happy, in two different ways. Dinner with Mei who got back from London at One U was great; she always has stories to share and it's always interesting to just listen :p

Steamboat party after at Kenneth’s was equally great. I forgot how funny that bunch was. Oh and the food.. yummy! Looking at his 'heng dais' hanging out at his place all the time, joking and laughing with his mom puts a smile on my face.. I told myself one day in the future if I ever start a family I'll always have gatherings at my place too! :) Makes the atmosphere so much more meriah! Oh and I also managed to catch up with a few friends I met through Kenneth sometime ago.. Sara, Cindy etc!

Two nights ago, it was yamcha at murni’s with Jiat and Sing Ming, who got back from the UK. Hehe.. Jiat used to be my A-levels chit chat/sms buddy.. super funny dude.. can't remember how we met, probably at the Leo installation night; he was the photographer. Sing Ming hasn't changed either, still the subtle gentleman-ly guy. :)

On Tuesday, I had my usual morning tantrum because I had to send granny and kakak to the market at 7 a.m... and for those who are close to me would know that I am not a morning person. Despite being moody in the morning, I am glad I took them to the market and I don't regret it at all. I love my family so much.

Derek brought me all the way to Klang to have BKT after... I asked Wai Kwan to come along too since I haven't seen her in ages! Hehe D felt bad because the shop he wanted me to try was closed. Nvm la, next time okay mr.yin?? :)

On Monday, it was a one-day Malacca trip with some DJ friends I still kept in touch with till today- Chien Loong, Eiran and Kenneth. So fun lah a bunch of guys come picking you up early in the morning, and to eat with just guys is sheer heaven- because I can eat as much as I want without feeling conscious!! We had the famous chicken rice ball, cendol and satay celup :p *thank you eiran for driving us that day!! such a sweet and nice guy he is!

At night, I made papa & mummy watch ‘he’s just not that into you’ with me- which papa left the show after an hour... hehe. But mummy kept nodding and said it's a good show.. She probably wanted me to catch the hidden meaning in the movie ;) I admit, when I used to like guys I will think and think and think and I will bug her to decipher his moves.. I am sorry for being so annoying sometimes mummy :( Oh and to Ken too.. I bug him like there's no tomorrow.. He's lucky, he's in switzerland now so he can ignore my crap.. ;)

During the weekends, it was a gooood family dinner at The Club, bukit utama. Then Calvin's farewell party at his place.. Cavell's with Pin etc...

And outings go on and on till 2 weeks back....

Tomorrow would be a full day- lunch with Keat and ZY at pizza uno, then Teng Jun's gonna do me a HUGE favour by bringing me all the way to KLCC and The Gardens just to get the two pairs of U.R.S. shoes I want so badly, which One U didn't have my sizes :( At night, it's dinner with family, then vivent's birthday party, then aubrey's thing at cavell's if vv's thing doesn't end late. Last sat at cavell's was so, so fun!~

SIGH.

Such is life at the moment....

So ever reluctant to leave this country again.
